Since 1986, Lynda LaCour, Lylac, has been professionally developing relational database applications. Lynda started working independently developing custom tailored solder defect tracking systems for the Long Island based defense firms Hazeltine Corporation and Cardion Electronics. After success developing and implementing programs at those two firms, she continued on to assist companies in a variety of industries, such as Newsday, ERM Northeast and Northville Industries. In 1988, Lynda went to work directly for Paul Weiss Rifkin Wharton and Garrison assisting with the Michael Milken case during the fateco hearings. She worked exclusively with co-counsel attorneys and Mr. Milken's lead accountant and accounting firm.

In late 1993 Lynda created a Time Collection system for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center's Payroll department. Subsequently, she developed custom applications for numerous departments at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and at Dartmouth College. Additionally, she assisted the American Society of Reconstructive Surgery with their first Web Based Application. This project became Lynda's stepping stone into Web based applications. During the the 1990's she developed web based applications for both Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and has created database driven websites for a group who sponsored Asthmasite.com and the Long Island Buzz.

After returning back to Long Island in the year 2000, Lynda has worked with many firms including Long Island Business News, Toledo Group, the Association of Independent Accounting Professionals and DCA Horticultural Services and is webmaster for The Woman's Bar Association of New York and two of its chapters, The Brooklyn Women's Bar Association and Rockland County's Women's Bar Association. Additionally, Lynda continues to assist many of her New Hampshire and Vermont Clients, including Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth College.

In February of 2003, Lynda attended the Building Leadership and Super Success Training Conference in Santa Clara California and completed a 15 foot firewalk across 1800 degree F hot coals in her bare feet. After accomplishing that feat, Lynda knows without a doubt that anything in life is possible.
